The topological structure in vehicular communication networks presents challenges for sustaining network connectivity on the road. Highway dynamics, example, encourage need an adaptive and flexible to handle rapid events of vehicles joining leaving Such demand aligns with advancement made software-defined related dynamic re-orchestration. This paper discusses development a virtual model that represents operation autonomous network. It also investigates ability re-orchestrate topology through software definition while running various operational phases. Network self-formation, expansion, retraction via members leaving, self-healing when rupture occurs as result key member are grouping approach is analyzed based status their assume roles. concept tested using both Contiki–Cooja simulator MATLAB analytical modeling tool reflect performance under road scenarios. outcome analysis reflects group be formulated within measured latency considering parameters such message rate. offers tools managing groups may extended function on-road digital twin during lifetime given group.
